July Week 5 2009 Market Summary
This was a very strong week for the Egyptian Exchange Market. All indexes made strong rallies, and the EGX 70 was a clear winner.
The EGX 30 gained 225.7 points for the week and closed at 6,173.6 points, a 3.77% increase. The EGX 70, on its 12th day winning streak, gained 42.3 points for the week and closed at 697.6 points, a 6.32% increase. The Dow Jones EGX Titans 20 gained 39.3 points and closed the week at 1,283.8 points, a 3.15% increase.
