As in any GIS, actual data may change, for example, a street might be renamed, or a building might be constructed which may not show in our data system. We do constantly update our database and always strive for the most accurate results possible, nevertheless there will be a small inherit error in the data. Geometry services for measuring lines and polygons are provided for general guidance, and also should not be used outside the main functionality of the web application.
